For in-person events, travel and accommodations are typically required, in addition to the artist fee. Travel logistics vary per event, based on location, schedule, event type, and more. In some cases, travel and accommodations may not be required. We make every effort to assure the most affordable arrangements are made, with respect to both artist and client.

 

In-pERSON LOGISTICS*

  • Roundtrip flight, train, or arranged transport to city and state of the event

  • Overnight hotel for the duration of the event

  • Arranged transport to and from airport, hotel and venue of the event

  • Meals of artist's choice for duration of the event

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

Common solutions for covering artist accommodations include:

  • Fundraising

  • Private donor/ patron/ parent contribution

  • Air or hotel points

  • Partnering with local businesses
