BIO

Mitch Jarvis is an American singer and actor most well known for his roles in Rock of Ages on Broadway and originating the role of Mitch Papadopolous in Gettin’ The Band Back Together. Jarvis made his Broadway debut in the 2004 revival of Fiddler on the Roof as Yakov. He then played Lonny in the original Off-Broadway production of Rock of Ages before moving to Broadway with the show. Jarvis also played Lonny on the subsequent US National Tour. Most recently he originated the leading role Mitch Papadopolous in Gettin’ The Band Back Together on Broadway. Other credits include The Three Penny Opera (Macheath), The Toxic Avenger (White Dude), The Rocky Horror Show (Frank), Sweeney Todd (Tobias), West Side Story (Tony), Bus Stop (Bo), Red Noses (Grez), The Full Monty (Jerry), Jesus Christ Superstar (Judas), Company (Paul), The Secret Garden (Dickon), The Spitfire Grill (Joe), and The Rainmaker (Jimmy).

On TV Jarvis can be seen in It Could Be Worse (streaming on HULU), Law and Order SVU, Guiding Light, Late Night with Conan O'Brian, and One Life to Live. On film he can be seen in Fools Day, Happy Baby, R.A., Midnight Clear, and Opening Night.
