BIO

Mark lives in Los Angeles, but has worked across the country as an actor, director, and teaching artist. Mark has worked with the Great River Shakespeare Festival, City Theatre, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Silk Road Rising, Paris Opera Ballet, Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre, Pittsburgh Shakespeare in the Park, Unseam'd Shakespeare, Red Tape Theatre, New Leaf Theatre, Redmoon Theatre, Pitt Repertory Theatre, (Re)discover Theatre, NeoFuturists, Pittsburgh Musical Theatre, and About Face Theatre. Mark has also appeared on television and film, including Jane the Virgin, on the CW.

As a teaching artist, Mark has worked in classrooms and regional theatres internationally and domestically. Mark was the Lead Teaching Fellow for the American Cycle at Intiman Theatre in Seattle, WA. He was the Producing Director for the WiseWrite Young Playwrights Festival at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. Also at the Rep, Mark was the Education Associate, working with the award winning Theatre for Young Artists touring company the Imaginary Theatre Company. Mark was a Teaching Artist for Shakespeare for Young Actors at Great River Shakespeare Festival, a
mentor for the Young Storytellers Screenwriting Program in Los Angeles, the former Education Director at RedTape Theatre, and was the Internship Coordinator for the DirectorsLabChicago, an offshoot of the Directors Lab at Lincoln Center. Mark has been an MTI teaching artist since the inaugural year, and his proudest teaching moments have been with the Goodman's Musical Theatre Intensive.

Mark has studied at the University of Pittsburgh focusing on Psychology and Theatre Arts. In Chicago Mark studied at Black Box Acting with Steppenwolf Company Member Audrey Francis. Mark went through the Actor Apprentice Training Program at Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona, MN
