JORDAN DOBSON
BIO
Jordan Dobson is a New York based actor, singer, dancer, and instrumentalist. He is currently the Standby for Tony in the revival of West Side Story (directed by Ivo Van Hove). His regional credits include Austen’s Pride, The Color Purple, A Chorus Line, Cabaret, Gypsy, and many others.
In addition to performing, Jordan has been a teaching artist and writer for several years. Coming from a strong background in music, Jordan finds interest in discovering the musical story within a piece in order to bring an awareness to the collaboration of music, lyrics, and movement in storytelling.
