Angel Reed

BIO

Before beginning a career as a teaching artist in 2011, Angel Reed spent a decade performing in musicals which included; a USO tour overseas, the Broadway National Tour of "Saturday Night Fever", "West Side Story" at 5th Avenue Theater, "Chicago" at Hudson Theater, and the original Broadway cast of "Rock of Ages". She performed with her cast on numerous TV appearances including Regis & Kelly, The Today Show, Conan O'Brien, Dancing with the Stars, and the 2009 Tony Awards and received an Astaire Award for Best Female Dancer. In 2013 Reed became an Executive Producer when she created "Rock N'Roll Debauchery" RNRD went on to become a Rock Theatrical Experience, which performed for 6 years to sold-out audiences in NYC with some of Broadway's best talent and live musicians. Reed received her Teaching Artist Certificate from National Dance Institute and choreographed "American Idiot the Musical" which was nominated Best Regional Production by Broadway World.
